I have a story to go along with this.
My 6th grade English teacher was insane. Like, certifiable, I’m fairly certain. She was nice enough, but she was crazy as shit.
One day, about February-ish, we come to school and she’s standing outside of her classroom (like she did every day between classes) wearing all black and sobbing into a kleenex.
Naturally we were worried.
I had her 3rd period, I think, and I remember all of the classes were sworn to secrecy about what the fuck was going on. When we got there, she had candles all over (against the school rules, but hey, who gives a flying fuck, right?), all the lights were out, and there was a tiny coffin up at the front of the room, right in front of the blackboard. (Yes, that classroom had a blackboard. Cower before my antiquity, younglings.)
Okay, so that ruled out any of her family members being dead.
Once we’d all gotten settled into our seats, she came striding in, still tearful and noisy, to announce:
“S-s-s-said is DEAD!”
What the ever-loving shit, Mrs. Hester. What the ever-loving shit.
The rest of class was a dramatized funeral (read: we had to write essays and read them in front of the class) and the announcement, heralded by these sheets, that we were not allowed to use the word “said” any more, as it had passed away.
Apparently she does this every year.

It’s always been a pet peeve of mine when artists/writers seem to only draw/write one body type. One of my favorite thing about these guys is that they seem to represent the three main body types. These guys are all pretty strong, but the the strength looks different.
Ectomorphs are your swimmers and runners (or joggers); they don’t gain weight easily, and their muscles look really toned. Mesomorphs are your body builders; their torso looks like a triangle, and they gain muscle more than fat. Endomorphs are your strongman competitors and quarterbacks; their muscle is concentrated at their core, and they have a layer of fat between their muscles and their skin.
All of the body types can be muscular or not. The most important thing to drawing them accurately is to remember that the width of their pelvis, shoulders, and skulls will be about the same.
So not everyone can get that six pack, but it doesn’t mean they don’t have muscle.

Not only is this good for people who write stories and fanfic, but this is also excellent advice to ROLEPLAYERS too.
Seriously take this stuff into account.
Far often people consider roleplaying to be fun and hobby-like and feel that’s their scape goat for writing poorly—but roleplaying is exactly that—WRITING. If you want to IMPROVE your WRITING/ROLEPLAY then learn from these and learn as you go. If you seriously don’t give a damn about your writing, and who you are writing with, and their writing abilities, then by all means keep doing what’s “fun” and “cool” to you.Well this is epically helpful brilliance right here
